Air Battalion * has the pleasure of inviting you to the innovation conference RESTART 2020 at a new and exciting meeting and conference center!
X Meeting Point and Moxy Oslo X / Marriott hotel are located at Hellerudsletta, just off the centerline on departure from runway 30 at Kjeller Airport.

100% ELECTRIC AIR TRANSPORTATION IN 2040
Avinor aims for Norwegian aviation to be 100% electric by 2040. In 2018, Kjeller airport was the base for the first electric motor aircraft in Scandinavia and the Baltics.
CONTRIBUTES TO INCREASED CULTURAL TOURISM
Kjeller Airport has an ideal location in the middle between Oslo and Gardermoen, and the aviation environments offer all summer holidays round trips from Kjeller to Oslo and destinations at Romerike. This is an attractive offer which in the years to come will contribute to increased cultural tourism and visitors to Oslo and Romerike.
CITY DEVELOPMENT OR DEVELOPMENT OF THE AIRPORT?
The program during the innovation conference RESTART 2020 is a taste of all the opportunities that exist at Kjeller airport.
The National Heritage Board's proposal for protection from October 4, 2018 opens up new opportunities for further development of Kjeller airport as an adventure park and tourist attraction with an educational center in close collaboration with existing technology, research and innovation environments.
QUESTIONS AND THEMES
How will new urban flight-system change the society? Are our political parties and politicians ready for the changes and are you prepared?
What is the status for Avinor, the Civil Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Transport and Communications? Will the transport authorities need new local airports to Oslo and other main cities in Norway ahead of an urban flight revolution in the near future?
The topics during the conference are many and range from new urban aviation and U-space to cultural heritage, cultural tourism, aviation, transport, infrastructure, emergency preparedness, social security, recruitment, inspiration, education, technology, research and innovation. We hope the topics will inspire debate and innovation!
